Bananas
Bananas is Waveney's hit single released in 2025. The single was created in her sisters kitchen while singing and dancing with her nephew Francis, he is a credited cowriter on this project.


Fancy Long Legs
Waveney composed the music for Rachel Burke's Fancy Long Legs which debuted in September 2024 as a part of Brisbane Festival.

Channel 9 Carols
Working alongside Yuggera Elder Gaja Kerry and closely with language song woman Kaylah Cogghill.
Yuggera Djarra Na - Waveney's version debuted live on Channel 9 as they broadcast from Riverstage on the Maiwar in Magandjin Dec 11th
Waveney continued to compose for Channel 9 in partnership with local Yuggera language consultants.

Our Backyard
Our Backyard is a Children's Album compiled of songs created from the original touring Children's Show 'Have You Ever Heard A Wombat Sing?'
Created to educate P - Yr 7 students about the importance of taking care and listening to Mother Earth.
Waveney received a Major Minor Music Award in 2023 for her work on the album. All instrumentation recording and vocal arrangements were directed and tracked by Waveney Yasso.

Pub Choir
Helping to establish and co-found Pub Choir in 2017, Waveney assisted in arrangements and was accompanying Pub Choir across the globe for over 6 years.
She has played drums and guitar on tours in Australia, America, the UK & New Zealand.
She has supported and shared the stage with artists such as Paul Kelly, Felix Riebl (Cat Empire), Ben Lee, Meg Mac, Ball Park Music, Ella Hooper (Killing Heidi) and more
